Eat is Life is a perfect place to go to when you're feeling hungry and would love to embrace the feeling of eating clean organic food, or even quench your thirst with a delicious smoothie from the great range that they offer!
It really is a lovely atmosphere, the staff are very very friendly and you can tell that they all take great pride and pleasure in preparing the fresh food on a daily basis.
I love this place so much that I eat there repeatedly because I know that it's worth every centimo of the price as well as being able to see straight through to the kitchen where the food is prepared before my eyes!
Being based directly across the road in the well known Hot Yoga Studios where I offer treatments and practice the non-heated classes ensures that I nourish myself well and also recommend clients to go there and eat there too.
The chilli chocolate cake is a 'must try' and put simply, it's scrumptious! You can rest assured that it's made with the finest and cleanest ingredients.
So get yourself down to Eat is Life to try and enjoy the various delicious combinations of the tastiest organic recipes and enjoy!
Believe me, you will NOT regret it even one bit if you have some understanding about good and clean food.
