Can you imagine a meal of venison with chocolate (!), artichokes and broccoli? I was sceptical. And, frankly, I used to hate blood sausage. But give it both to a 2 Michelin star chef like Michael Riemenschneider and your amazement will never end! He’ll make you love both! Round it up with 7 layered chocolate brownie flavors with pineapple sorbet and coconut espuma and you’ll dream of it for nights! While this happened on the last day of my holiday, I’m already planning my next visit here to enjoy another of Michael’s incredible food creations.
Michael’s cuisine is worth a trip to Marbella itself! Truly one of the best fine dining experiences we’ve had! Unique, creative, delicious and sophisticated! Perfect service and great ambiance. We will be back soon…
A great location and a 2-star master chef make all the difference. The food was creative and unusual, while also being extremely tasty. I will now stop by there more often to test other creations and to spoil my taste buds. Thank you for this experience.
