Buscaba algo único hecho en San Sebastián y hoy encontré una joya de marca de bolsos y artículos de piel. La atención en la tienda súpero mis expectativas, fue una mucho mejor experiencia de compra vs cualquier boutique de marcas de lujo, todos los diseños son hermosos y sin duda de excelente calidad incluso más allá de las marcas comerciales.
Como loca con mi nuevo bolso joya, es un lujo, igual que la amabilísima atención de la Srta Laura, volveré !!

I purchased three purses and one scarf in October of this year. The quality for what you pay is unbelievable. Their customer service was excellent. They spent so much time showing me how the different ways you could use their bags. They were extremely proud of their history and quality of merchandise. I would say humble. Their bags are unique and so much thought put into style, use and quality. I would buy one of their bags over any high priced brand on the market.
Wonderful owners, absolutely gorgeous products and an unbelievably great experience at Box San Sebastián! I am a VERY picky buyer. I’ve had my last bag for three years and literally couldn’t find anything else I loved until I saw the bags at Box. I ended up buying three bags that I know I will love and cherish for many years to come. Super cool styling, flexibility in the details (you can change the purses around to make them hand-held, cross body, slouchy or straight, etc, etc). The owners were there the day I came in and told us their family history (this business has been in the family for generations). You could tell they were very humbly proud and excited about their products, and rightfully so! These products are made by hand in San Sebastián and exclusive, which made them even more enticing. I was absolutely blown away by the design, quality of craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. I very highly recommend this very special place!

If you want to buy a luxury handbag similar to Gucci style and quality, but actually better because it’s still handmade in the Basque Country/Spain, this is the store for you. I don’t understand the comment on poor service as this store is family owned and they will spend half a day with you to show you every product, they are so patient and pleasant. Their products would costs 4 times this in SoHo. Buy their bags before some Kardashian discovers them!
Premium family-owned leather goods made in San Sebastian with a bent towards women's box calfskin handbags, men's wallets, and men/women's lambskin leather jackets. The store owners at both locations are the sons of the woman that started the store, who worked under Balenciaga. They are both welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly proud of their products.
